MAN BOOBS GONE   by R. WOLF

It’s amazing how many men suffer from the condition know as “Man Boobs”. You’ve seen them on men of all ages, races and economic backgrounds. Some men try and hide them, others have given up trying. Either way, it’s generally an uncomfortable topic for most men that suffer from this problem.

The medical term for the conditions is gynecomastia. Most men don’t care about that, they just want them gone! Yesterday!! Some resort to surgery, others take drugs. Some try and “push up” their way to a normal chest. Most agree, the condition can be attributed to an imbalance of hormones.

Although most medical experts agree the condition normally causes no physical damage, the psychological effects can not be measured! Some men tell embarrassing stories of undressing in front of other males as a youth. Some talk of the shame they felt when undressing in front of a new partner for the first time.

While men have tried all the various methods mentioned above, the good news is all have had some degree of success! What works for one man may not work for another. Diet, marijuana, alcohol and obesity have all been fingered as culprits in the development of man boobs. Sleep and proper use of water and fluids have proven to be effective.

To all the men still suffering in silence, you are not alone! I was glad to find out that the condition I suffered from since a teen could be corrected! Was surgery the way to go? I wasn’t too excited about being cut and possibly having scars. I’ve never been big on taking drugs of any kind. Something natural was more along the lines of what I wanted. Exercising was always one of my strong suits, so I wanted something that incorporated working out. I found there are various exercises that can be incorporated into any program.
